What You'll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch our skilled HVAC technicians for residential and commercial service calls.
• Manage daily routes to ensure maximum efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Monitor and adjust technician schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies.
• Be able to explain various maintenance agreements. 
• Occasional parts and equipment ordering. 
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and a fun, supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in a dispatch or scheduling role, preferably in HVAC or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software and technology.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
• Problem Solver: Someone who can proactively solve issues and respond to customers and our technicians in a timely and solutions-oriented manner.
