This program is geared towards youth sports, high school, and college students, but also helps other businesses (like Honest Air) with developing leadership skills and traits as well.

Our involvement in the Lead ‘Em Up program is a fundamental part of our core beliefs, to build up our community and make an impact, including the Oakdale and Linganore High School athletic programs. Our team actively participates in local charity events, supports local partners, and strives to provide affordable HVAC services to families in need. Furthermore, at Honest Air, we directly support local educational facilities and encourage students to pursue careers in the HVAC industry. With every service call, we are not just fixing HVAC systems; we are working to improve lives and create a more connected community.
