Commercial HVAC Installer – Join the Honest Air Family! 

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in commercial settings. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems according to blueprints and manufacturer specifications.
• Install sheet metal ductwork, registers, grilles, diffusers, VAV boxes, and set rooftop unit curbs.
• Have basic knowledge of VRF installation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.
• Maintain accurate and timely job records and documentation.
• Ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve challenges in the field

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift and maneuver heavy equipment, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Punctuality and reliability in maintaining time records and attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Experience with VRF/VRV systems is a plus
