Our Story

Michael Paccione began his journey into the HVAC industry in 1979, while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He studied at numerous schools in Germany, California, and Texas. After Mike's time serving in the military, he worked for local companies in San Antonio, TX. Soon after, he met his wife, Patricia - who convinced him to start his own business. Mike and Patricia started Honest Air in 1990 and have continued to serve the San Antonio community since.

Today, the entire family has learned the ropes and helped the business grow, whether it is in administrative duties or HVAC operations. Mike and Pat's children and extended family continue to work in the office and out on the field.

Meet the Founders

We treat our customers like family. Why? Because our business is literally built on family!

When Mike and Pat first started the company, they never knew their children would end up following in their footsteps. Learn a little bit about our founders below.

Michael Paccione

Mike has been working in the HVAC industry for over 40 years. His experience dates all the way back to 1980 when he studied air conditioning and refrigeration in the US Air Force. In 1990, he and his wife, Pat, launched Honest Air.
